4 boxes powdered sugar
1 heaping tbsp. soft butter
2-4 oz. jars maraschino cherries, chopped (try one red and one green jar for more color)
1 small can crushed pineapples
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 large chocolate bars
2 squares bitter sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter then add chopped cherries, pineapples and juice if needed. Add chopped nuts. Chill mixture before forming into egg shapes.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate bars slowly. Add bitter sweet chocolate. As soon as the chocolate is completely melted, begin to dip the egg-shaped mixture into the chocolate.

Allow eggs to set and keep slightly chilled.before serving.
