1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups M&M’s
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix shortening, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Then mix
in flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir in ½ cup of M&M’s.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of cookie dough 2 inches apart on
ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate tops with remaining M&M's.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
