1/2 cup butter or shortening
6 tbsp granulated sugar
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/8 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts
1- 8oz. package butterscotch chips
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugars. Add egg, dry ingredients, and a few drops hot water. Mix thoroughly. Add nuts, chips and vanilla. Drop on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375º.
