3/4 c. butter softened
2 c. sugar, divided
zest of 1 lime (about 1 tbsp.)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar and lime zest on medium speed until lightly creamed. Add sour cream and beat until just blended. Stir in egg and lime juice, scraping down sides of bowl. Add salt, baking powder and flour and beat until blended. Chill dough for 1 hour. Place remaining 1/2 c. sugar in a small bowl. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar and place on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
