3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine - softened
2 eggs
4 T. milk

Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350-375º

Sift together in a small bowl:
flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

Add butter or margarine - work like pie crust.

Add eggs and milk.

Roll thick for soft cookies!

Scoop dough using a 2" ice cream scoop; space cookies 2" apart on parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies slightly with a spatula.

Bake: 10-15 Minutes
