Ingredients:
Ingredients:
one pound box Confectioner sugar
6 T. unsalted butter@ room temperature
7 t. milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix sugar and butter until blended. Add milk one teaspoon at a time until the mixture pulls from the edge and almost makes a ball. ( Too dry and your dough will crack, too wet, it will be sticky. i learned the too wet the hard way)

Roll the mixture ( like dough) into a ball then roll out flat add your peanut butter spread but not all the way to the edges. roll it up like cinnamon rolls. (It is easier to roll between two sheets of plastic wrap.)
Put in fridge for 15 minutes, then with a sharp knife cut the rolls into whatever size pieces you want. The bigger the pieces the less candy you'll get. I try to cut it about 1/2 inch I usually get about 25 pieces out of it. Of course you can double the recipe too.
