1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pt cottage cheese
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pkg oven ready lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef and mix with tomato sauce. Mix together cottage cheese, parsley flakes, beaten eggs, Parmesan cheese and pepper; set aside. Layer in a 9 x 13 in. Pyrex pan in this order; Meat mixture , noodles, and cottage cheese mix. Repeat layers 2x end with cottage cheese on top. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with aluminum foil; Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 min. or until bubbly.

If using oven ready noodles there is no need to cook noodles before putting casserole together. They will cook in oven.
