1 1/3 cups flour
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 cup of cold butter in small chunks
2 tbsp ICE COLD WATER

1. whisk together salt and flour then add
2. add cold butter in small chunks
3. beat together until mealy then slowly add
4. then slowly add the ICE COLD WATER
5. let it blend until it cleans the sides of the bowl.

then flour your surface and roll it out 2” bigger than your pie pan

OR...

roll it out thin any shape you want, slice it all over, transfer it to a cookie sheet, pop it in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, pull it out, sprinkle generously with sugar and EAT THE WHOLE PLATE with your husband watching trashy reality TV.

Cook most of the dough, but make sure you eat some raw and remember all the times you watched your mommy roll out dough and snagged get away pieces when her back was turned.
