36 Oreo Cookies, Crushed
1/2 c. Melted Butter
2 2 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream

Topping
1 1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
3 sq. Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2 c. Butter
1 1/3 c. Sugar
3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
The first day Put the crushed oreo and butter in a bowl and mix together. Then put in a oblong cake pan. Put in the freezer overnight.
The second day Let the ice cream soften and put on top of the oreo crust. Put back in the freezer and freeze overnight.
The Third day Is the topping Melt chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and butter. Gradually add evaporated milk. Blend well, cook again over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick. Add vanilla. COOL. Pour over ice cream and oreo crust. Sprinkle with chopped peacans. Put back in the freezer and freeze overnight
