Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups of pecan halves
(You can use any kind of nuts)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until mixed - (the mixture will flatten). Fold in nuts. Place on greased cookie sheet in heaping tablespoonfuls. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet. (Makes 18 cookies)
