4 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

Icing:
Confectioner's sugar
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg. Set aside. On medium speed beat butter, sugar, and egg until light and fluffy. On low beat in sour cream and vanilla until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat until combined. Create a dough ball and wrap in tin foil. Put in fridge for several hours. When ready to cut and bake, cut the dough ball into 4 parts to make it easier to roll. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick (thin) and cut cookies. Grease cookie sheets. Bake at 375º for 10 to 12 minutes and let cool. For icing, mix confectioner's sugar and milk (only a little bit of milk) until thick but runny.
