1 pkg. Oreos
2 T. Butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. cream cheese
1 C. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 20 cookies in food processor. Add butter and mix. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan or 9" spring-form pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Blend well. Add eggs, one at a time. Coarsely chop remaining cookies and bake at 350º for 1 hour in springform pan or 40 minutes in 9x13 pan, until center is almost set. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Can slice into squares for individual servings if baked in 9x13 pan. TIP; If making squares, line pan with foil for easy removal.
