Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 package yellow cake mix 1 package vanilla instant pudding 1-3/4 cup water 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup flour 4 eggs 2 cups Bakers Angel Flake Coconut 1 cup chopped pecans Icing: 2 tbsp. butter or margarine 1 cup coconut 8 ounces cream cheese 1 teas. milk 1-3/4 cup icing sugar 1/2 teas. vanilla

Directions:	Directions: Blend cake mix, pudding, eater, eggs, oil and water. Beat at medium for 4 minutes Stir in coconut and nuts Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans Bake 350º for 35-40 minutes For icing; melt 1 tbsp. butter in a pan and add coconut and stir constantly until golden brown Spread coconut on paper towels until cool Cream 1 tbsp. butter with cream cheese. Add milk, icing sugar alternately, beating well. Add vanilla Stir in 1/2 of coconut, saving the other half for top of cake.
