1/2 cup sour dough starter
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine starter, milk, water and flour in large bowl. Mix and leave at room temperature overnight.

Next morning, add eggs, sugar, salt and soda. Mix well. Cook on greased griddle at moderate heat.
