1 box of cake mix, any flavor
1 tsp. baking powder
2 large eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix together the cake mix and baking powder. Set this aside. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir to form a dough. Stir vigorously until all of the dry pockets of cake mix are gone.
Drop rounded 1 inch balls of dough on the baking sheet. make sure they are taller than they are wide.
Bake for about 9 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack.
