1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk
1 cup flour

Directions:

COMBINE egg, salt, milk and flour to make stiff dough.

ROLL very thin on a floured surface and let stand for 30 minutes.

CUT into thin 1/4 inch strips and allow to dry for 2 hours.

BOIL liquid of choice and add noodles. Cook for 10 minutes.
