2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown Sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
5-6 c flour
2 c Chopped Pecans
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Form into 2 rolls. Wrap in wax paper and store in refrig overnight. Cut rolls into slices and bake in moderate oven.

My childhood memory of these cookies is, of a pink depression glass cookie jar in the Breakfast room, a favorite of mine. This is a recipe is from my Grandmother's mother. Everyone, for several generations, lived in Atlanta.
