1-1/2 lb. ground chuck (80/20 fat content)
1 C butter
1 C flour
4 cans beef consume
2 cans water
1 C diced carrots
1 C diced celery
1 C diced potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can Green beans
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (then blend or cut to chunk liking)
10 oz. bag frozen corn
10 oz. bag frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground chuck over medium heat (drain fat/if necessary).

2. In large stock pot--melt butter & stir in flour; cook for 3 minutes.

3. Stir in beef consume; cook for 5 minutes.

4. Stir in carrots & celery, cook for 5 minutes.

5. Stir in potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, corn, peas; cook for 3-5 minutes.

6. Stir in ground chuck; cook until potatoes are soft.
