Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 to 41/2 cups coconut
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
2 bags Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 bar Paraffin Wax
Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together Coconut and Eagle Brand milk.
Mixture needs to be thick enough to spoon out and hold shape.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Drop coconut mixture by spoonfuls onto paper.
Press 2 almonds into each candy.
Refrigerate until set. (I chilled several hours).
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler.
Dip set candy into chocolate and place on parchment paper to dry.
Store in covered container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Make sure your candy is set good before dipping so it won't fall apart in the chocolate. I used a fork to roll candy over and then lifted out to dry on paper.
I dipped one candy at a time fast because the chocolate is so hot the candy
will come apart.

** I started out with 1 bag of chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of paraffin. I had to
use a 2nd bag to have enough. Your chocolate mixture may go further than
mine did.
