1 - 5 to 6 lb. Boston Butt
1 Small Fryer Chicken
1 - 3 to 4 lb. Beef Roast
3 lbs. Potatoes
3 lbs. Onions
1 1/2 c. Mustard
1/2 c. Sugar
1 gal. Ketchup
1/2 c. Vinegar
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1 Medium Sized Bottler Louisiana Hot Sauce

Cook boston butt, beef roast, and chicken in a large stock pot. Cover with water and boil until done. Take all meat off the bone, save stock. Peel and boil potatoes until tender, drain well. Peel onions and cut into quarters. Grind together meat, potatoes, and onions in a meat grinder. Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Add enough of the stock (plus a little water if needed) to make desired consistency (should be a little thicker than spaghetti sauce). Cook 30-45 minutes over medium heat. Note: More sugar or mustard may be added to suit taste.
