1 medium cabbage cored and boiled until leaves are tender but are not completely cooked.

Stuffing:
1 pound hamburger
2 cups cooked rice
1 small onion finely chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients of the stuffing together in a bowl. Take all the leaves from the cabbage - remove hard spine. Put a heaping tablespoon of stuffing in the leaf and roll it. Place each roll side by side in a baking pan and cover with a can of stewed tomatoes. Cover the pan and bake 2-3 hours at 350º. Serve hot.
