1 1/2 lb whole mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
2 T flour
1/2 cream
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1/2 c hot water
1/2 t salt
pepper
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2-1 c Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter until soft. Add flour and mix well. Add cream, bouillon and S & P. Pour into flat casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs & Parmesan and sprinkle on top of mushrooms. Bake 30 minutes at 350º.
