1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

3 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and water. Beat till fluffy.

Whisk the dry ingredients together. Stir into creamed mixture.

Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips.Using a scoop drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Slightly flatten. Bake about 8-10 minutes.
