1 C. wheat flour
¼ C. Soy Flour
1 1/3 C. Rolled oats
¾ C unsweetened flaked coconut
¼ C milk powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon powdered ginger
2/3 C raisins
2/3 C Chocolate chips
¼ C peanuts chopped
1/3 C sunflower seeds

¼ C oil or melted butter
¼ C molasses
¼ C honey
2 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all dry ingredients.
Beat eggs in a small bowl, measure oil, honey, molasses in same cup. Beat all liquids together thoroughly.

Pour the liquid into dry ingredients and combine until dry ingredients are moistened.
If it seems to be dry, add some milk or water until it is of drop cookie consistency.

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
