Ritz crackers
creamy peanut butter
Almond Bark or chocolate (for coating)

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a small spoonfull of peanut butter between two Ritz crackers. Melt chocolate and dip each cracker sandwich to coat. Place on wax paper until chocolate hardens. For an added touch of decoration, drizzle with white or colored chocolate.
