2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
mix [3] dry ingredients together in a large aluminum pot. add milk stir continually while cooking over medium heat. continue to cook until thickens [soft ball stage] when dropped in cold water] remove from heat. add margarine and vanilla [nuts if desired] have 2 plates buttered to pour candy in. let sit in plates awhile. then cut into size squares you desire.
