1 1/2 cube butter
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese - room temp
3 oz chocolate pudding
3 oz vanilla pudding
Cool Whip for top
Chopped nuts for top

Bottom Layer: (Crust)
Mix together butter, flour, nuts and brown sugar. Press in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º. Cool.

2nd Layer:
Whip together Cool Whip, sugar and cream cheese. Spread on bottom layer.

3rd Layer:
Make vanilla and chocolate pudding as pie filling and spread on Cool Whip layer when pudding begins to thicken.

Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts. Refrigerate
