flour
Crisco
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pork chops to moisten. Put flour into a bag with pork chops and coat well.

Lay in a pan of hot Crisco. Salt and pepper lightly. Fry until brown. Flip and lower heat. Salt and pepper again. Cover and simmer. Add some hot water if they are getting too brown and not steaming. Remove lid and allow chops to crisp.
