2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup butter ( 2 sticks)
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are crisp but centers are still soft. Let stand 2 minutes on cookie sheet before removing and cooling completely on wire racks.
