1 cup sugar
1 1/2 sticks softened margarine
2eggs
1 1/2 cup mincemeat (a box
2/3 cup molasses
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 stp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 1/4 cups flour

Directions:

cream together sugar and margarine, add eggs. to the mix add the mincemeat (break up) and molasses.
blend together in another bowl all the dry ingredients and then mix with the above ingredients.

bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes

This is my lady friend, Kathy Tallmans recipe that she used to make for me a lot while I worked at the P.O. I really love these. Remind me of some my mother used to make. and I never got the recipe for.
