1 c. softened butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. coconut
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
½ c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla and beat for 1 minute. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture. Stir in coconut, chips, and nuts. Refrigerate for 15 min. Then scoop onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 13 minutes at 350º
