2/3 c cooking oil
1 tbsp water
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1 c brown sugar
Filling
1 c water
1 lb dates
1/2 c brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
ºPress 1/2 crumbs in the pan and put in filling. Sprinkle the other half of the crumbs on top and cook.
Boil the filling til soft and mash with a spoon and spread evenly over crumb layer
Bake at 350
