2 1/2 cups warm milk 1 TBS dry yeast
3/4 cup margarine 3 eggs
2-3 TBS sugar 9 cups flour
1 TBS salt

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, warm together milk, margarine, sugar, salt, yeast & eggs. Do not get it too hot or you will kill the yeast! Gradually add flour until you have a medium soft dough. Let the dough rise twice, punching after each. Roll out with a rolling pin. Cut out circles. Pour melted butter on a cookie sheet. Coat the circles with butter and fold in half, pinching it together. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
For Cinnamon Rolls:
Add 1/2 cup sugar to dough recipe. Roll out dough and spread with butter & cinnamon sugar. Roll up and slice. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Use a powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese frosting.
For Orange Rolls:
Add 1/2 cup sugar to dough recipe. Roll out and spread with butter, grated orange peel & sugar. Roll up & slice. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes and glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar & orange juice
