2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. milk
4 1/2 or 5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar and shortening; add milk.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to mixture.
Roll out dough and cut into donuts. Fry at 375º.
