1 cup raisins-boiled tender
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp. flour
1 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 egg yolks
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Meringue topping:
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook together until thick; flavor with vanilla. Pour into a baked pie shell. Cover with meringue topping. Bake at 350º until topping starts to brown.
