2 (.25-oz.) pkgs. dry yeast
2 c. warm water (105° -115° ), divided
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
7 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve both packages of yeast in 1 c. warm water. Pour 1 c. warm water over butter and dissolve. Add sugar and salt; beat the eggs and add to mixture. Add 2 c. flour. Then add the dissolved yeast. Now add the rest of the flour. Mix thoroughly. Let rise until double in size. Drop rolls into greased pans. Let rise again until double in size. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes.
