˝ lb. butter (2 sticks), softened
1 (8 oz) package Cream Cheese, softened
1 (16 oz) box confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and butter until well blended, gradually add confectioners’ sugar while beating. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Spread on cooled Carrot Cake.
