3 c sugar
1 ½ c milk
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ c light Kayro syrup
2 T butter
1 c nuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts together and cook until hard ball stage on candy thermometer. It will be golden brown. Add nuts and beat until it comes together. Pour into pan and knead when it is cool enough to handle. Roll into logs and slice.
