11 C Water
5 C White Vinegar
1 C Canning Salt
12 Pounds Pickling Cucumbers
9 Dill seed Heads
18 Garlic Cloves
18 Dried Hot Chilis

Directions:
Directions:
In a Stockpot, bring water, vinegar, and salt to a boil. Boil for 10 min .Pack cucumbers into quart jars within 1/2 inch of top. Place 1 dill head, 2 garlic cloves and 2 Peppers into each jar with the cucumbers. Carefully ladle the hot mixture over the cucumbers, leaving 1/2 inch .Remove air bubbles and wipe rim of jars. Put on seals and rings and tighten good. Process 10 min in boiling- water canner. Let set 2 weeks.
