1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 T. flour
1 c. cold water
4 eggs, beaten
5 T. vinegar
2 1/2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and flour in a bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until thick. Pour into prepared pie shell and bake at 375º until crust is brown.
