3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the flour and salt. Reserve a little of the flour for rolling out. Roll from center out, changing position of dough with each swipe. Keep adding flour, dusting top and counter top often til all stickiness disappears and dough is paper thin. Cut in strips and into noodles. Add a little at a time to boiling broth. Bring to full boil and boil for about 5 minutes, then cover and turn off heat. Let stand until tender.
