Ingredients:  
3/4 c. shortening
3 tbsp. butter at room temperature
2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together shortening, butter and salt. Add flour and stir until mixture is ragged. Pour in water all at once, stir until incorporated. Dust one hand with flour, gather dough into a ball, pressing to make edges smooth. Divide dough in half, press each into flat disk, wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake in bottom third of 400 degree over for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden. Let cool before filling.
