2 1/2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp sugar
pinch salt
1 cup milk
1 egg separated
1/2 tsp vanilla
TWO:
Baked pie shell
Peaches, fresh sliced
THREE:
1/2 cream
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell. Set aside. ONE: Mix flour salt and sugar. Add milk gradually and mix until smooth. Cook in double boiler until mixture begins to thicken. Add beaten egg yolk and cook until thick. Cool and add vanilla. TWO: Fill a baked pie shell 1/2 full with sliced peaches. Pour custard mixture over peaches. CHILL. THREE: Add cream to the egg white and whip until stiff. Pile lightly on pie. Lightly brown in oven. 1933 A.D.
