1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup liquid honey
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted peanuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in oats, then honey until well mixed. Press into lightly buttered 8 inch square microwaveable baking dish. Microwave on high (full power) for about 4 minutes, or until mixture is set around edges. Cool completely.

2. Combine peanut butter and chocolate chips in one-cup microwaveable measuring cup. Microwave at medium (half power) for 75 seconds, or until chips are softened, stirring halfway through cooking. Stir well and spread evenly over oat base. Sprinkle with peanuts.

3. Chill until chocolate is firm, then put into squares. Store in refrigerator.
