Crust:
1-1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. walnuts
1-1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
Filling:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 packet gelatin
1 c. hot boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. white sugar
1 bottle Avoset
Topping:
3 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 packet gelatin
4 c hot boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Cream butter and sugar, add flour and nuts. Press into 9x13 greased/floured pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Filling:
Mix lemon jello with 1 packet gelatin. Dissolve Jello mixture in hot boiling water; cool. Cream together sugar and cream cheese until smooth, fold in Avoset. Spread on cool crust. Put in refrigerator until firm.
Topping:
Mix 3 pkg strawberry Jello with 1 packet gelatin. Dissolve with 4 cups boiling water. Let cool, pour on top of filling and chill to set.
