1 can evaporated milk
6 potatoes
Onion (chopped)
Celery (chopped)
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pour can of milk into pan. Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Add onion and celery. Add enough water to cover potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender. Thicken soup with 3T flour mixed with 1 c. water. Stir in gradually. Add 1 can minced clams for clam chowder.
