2 - 8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 paper muffin cups
24 Nilla Wafers
1 - 21 oz can cherry or blueberry filling


Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin pan w/ paper cups. Put a wafer in each cup.
Beat until light & fluffy: cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice & vanilla. Fill cups 2/3 full & bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each cup with about 3 cherries. Ready to serve cold after refrigerated.
