2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 c sugar
1 c cup firmly pack brown sugar
1 c softened butter
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
48 rollo candies ( 9oz package)
1/2 cup sugar in separate bowl
Directions:
Directions:
Im small bowl combine flour, cocoa, and baking soda blend well.

In a large bowl beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat well. add flour mixture blend well.

For each cookie Shape about 1 tablespoon around 1 rollo covering completely. Then roll cookie in bowl with the 1/2 cup of sugar. Place on cookie sheet about 2 in. apart.

Bake @ 375 for 7-10 minutes or until cookies are set and slightly cracked on top

Let cool.
