Chicken drummettes, wings or drumsticks
1 c. Flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 eggs
vegetable oil for frying

For sauce:
1/2 c. shoyu
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. sesame oil
2-3 large minced garlic cloves
1 T. sesame seeds
2 drops of Tobasco (optional)
chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dip chicken in egg then flour, salt and pepper mix. Toss and coat well.
2. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Mix sauce ingredients in bowl.
4. Dip fried chicken in sauce and coat each side.
5. Remove from bowl and serve.
