1 local tako steamed and cooled in refrigerator
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup onion -- chopped
1/4 cup green onions -- chopped
1/2 cup limu -- (seaweed), chopped
Hawaiian salt to taste – very little necessary

2 Hawaiian red peppers -- chopped

Directions:

Cut tako into 1/2-inch slices. In a bowl, combine tako with remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving. Serves 6
